Tour de Stockholm

"Tour de Stockholm" is a four-year-long documentary project of a cycle messenger’s daily life on the streets of Stockholm.

A compact, simple water-resistant camera was attached daily to the strap of the bicycle bag. Speed, endurance, fatigue, rain, snow, sun and grey weather give the images the roughness and poetry which characterizes life on the bike. The images are concerned with the city’s temporary encounters, the danger and the beauty of the moment.

The book contains a presentation by Laurent Denimal (texts in Swedish and English), and is designed by Johannes Molin.
