1. ENVIRONMENT

We re-use as much as we can in order to save on the environment; packages, envelopes and filling that we deem fit will be re-used.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Credit Card and PayPal payment. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure by the epayment provider Stripe.

Prices are set in EUR.

Every purchase will include a valid VAT receipt. VAT exemption applies for all countries outside of the European Union, and includes Iceland, 
Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
Your card will be debited when the order is shipped.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Directly after placing an order you will receive an order confirmation, ie your receipt, by e-mail. When the order has been picked-up by the designated shipper, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues or other difficulties you will be refunded immediately.
 

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the right to cancel the purchase (the contract) by returning goods within fourteen (14) working days upon delivery. The goods must 
be returned in perfect condition. Please note that you are responsible for the care of it until they reach us. Make sure to wrap the books carefully to avoid damages in transit.
Shipping charges of returns are at your expense.

 

5. PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy highly. We comply fully with GDPR. Personal information collected when you place an order is stored and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This information is treated in accordance with Swedish Data Protection laws.

6. COMPLAINTS
If LDP has delivered the wrong item or a damaged item, or where the shipped item has disappeared during transportation, the you shall give notice of complaint to us.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the you have discovered or should have discovered the error or defect. According to law, a private person has right of complaint regarding a product within 36 months.

Your complaints must include at least the following information: Order number and title of the book(s) in question.

Returns may take place only when your complaint has been registered and return instructions have been received from us. You are entitled to return incorrect/defective products at Konst/ig's expense, provided that you comply with our instructions. Returns may not be made against  payment on delivery. 

Upon the approval of the complaint, payment will be refunded.
