The writers name with an * are represented in the book "Portraits d'Auteurs / Author Portraits", Carlssons 2021.



The Icelandic writer Jón Kalman Stefánsson received the French Prix Jean Monnet de Littérature Européenne for his novel Ton absence n'est que ténèbres (Grasset, 2022), in a translation of Eric Boury.


He received earlier this year the "Prix du Livre étranger 2022 France Inter / Le Point" for the same novel.



Jón Kalman Stefánsson is represented in the book "Portraits d'Auteurs / Author Portraits" (Carlssons, 2020).
